By downloading, installing, or using the CodePatterns mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. CodePatterns Premium Subscription

Price: $4.99 per month
Free Trial: 7 days free trial
Content Provided: Ad-free experience, unlimited explanations, unlimited battle mode, advanced analytics, premium question bank (200+ additional problems)

Subscription Terms:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

CodePatterns is an educational mobile application designed to help users learn and practice algorithmic concepts through interactive challenges, battles, and progress tracking.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the App for personal, educational purposes. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, attempt to reverse engineer the App, or interfere with its functionality.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including questions, explanations, graphics, and code, is owned by CodePatterns or licensed to us. The App and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. The App should supplement, not replace, formal education.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and cancelling your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. We may terminate your access for violation of these Terms.
